The Library by The Macallan celebrates the transformative art of whisky-making with A Journey Through Colour, where each cocktail tells a story of 200 years of tradition and innovation. Curiously Clear is a smooth blend featuring The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years, lime zest, allspice and toffee. In Acorn & Glasshouses, Verjus Blanc, lemon oil and house-made ginger come together in a carbonated creation. Obsidian in Time showcases Sherry Oak 12 Years with macadamia, tonka bean and espresso honey.
