: While our in-house experts will be with you every step of the way, we do require a full-service wedding planner or coordinator in order to ensure that your wedding is nothing short of spectacular.
: Please note our contracted policy regarding wedding planning:
Required Wedding Planning and Coordination Fee: At minimum, month-of coordination by a Certified Wedding Coordinator is required for all weddings. For weddings of more than 100 guests, we highly encourage either a full or partial Certified Wedding Planner. If the Patron does not have a Professional Certified Wedding Coordinator or Planner, and their guaranteed guest count is under 100, the Patron will be required to pay the Four Seasons Coordination Fee of USD 3,000. Four Seasons Resort Vail will not coordinate weddings of more than 100 guests.
: Select public spaces within the Resort and Vail Valley area may be available to your wedding party. Our Wedding Specialist can help make arrangements.

Culinary creativity is the hallmark of our extensive array of menu selections, and certainly of any menu we custom-design for you. Whatever the wedding event – brunch, buffet or banquet – it will be perfectly planned and carried out by our team.
Wedding Cakes
Choose your flavour – or show us a photo of a special cake – and our talented in-house pastry chef will turn it into a beautiful, customized creation.
Linens and Tabletop Décor
Our Wedding Specialist will be pleased to work with you and your planner to add a splash of your favourite colour, or a mood-seetting pattern or design, to every table setting of superior linens, cutlery, china and glassware.
Hearty Mountain Fare
In your personalized menu tasting and consultation with the chef, choose your favourites from a menu of refined cuisine with a rugged spirit: smoked Colorado lamb chops, Merlot-braised short ribs, grilled Colorado veal loin and the locally and sustainably raised beef.
